Usually music festival season comes with a roller coaster of emotions: first, excitement to finally see who made the line-up, then hope that maybe I’ll actually make it this year, then the crushing, heartbreaking reality when I realize I can’t afford it (unless I don’t do anything else for the next three months).
Luckily for those of you in LA, a super-affordable festival is headed your way. Brokechella, an arts and music festival featuring scores of bands, visual artists, comedians, and interactive activities, is returning to Downtown LA on Saturday, April 19th – and passes start at just $10!
The extravaganza celebrates the immense talent and diversity of LA music with over 50 acts, LA street food, art installations, a photo booth, gift bags, and tons of other festival entertainment.
From indie-rock, shoegaze, rap, to world – Brokechella has all of LA’s best on its lineup. yOya, Kera & the Lesbians and LA Font are just a few of the returning artists that are sure to put on a great show. And if you’re looking for something new, be sure to check out Planet Rock or ZIBBZ.
Plus, stop by the BUST booth for a special discount on a 1-year subscription (and a free copy of BUST!).
