1,000 people + 10 creative chefs + 7 musical acts = 1 massive, bumpin’ BBQ block party. The City Winery is joining forces with Finger On the Pulse (Terry D and DJ Never Forget) on August 6th to bring New York a tasty fusion of innovative BBQ and summer beats. A dance party as well as a feast, the BBQ Blow Out will showcase unique BBQ-inspired dishes that the chefs created especially for the event.
These chefs will be working the grill all afternoon: Sam Mason (Tailor / Empire Mayo / Lady Jays), Phillip Kirschen-Clark (Vandaag), Christina Tosi (Momofuku Milk Bar), Sam Talbot (Imperial No 9 / Surf Lodge), Noah Bernamoff (Mile End), Thomas Kelly & David Schillace (Mexicue), Jenny McCoy (Craft), Tim Sullivan (Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola), Daniel Holzman (The Meatball Shop) and Oliver Kremer & Tyler Lohman (Dos Toros).
