These Feminists Renamed Streets In Paris After Powerful Women

Paris’s streets are named after important people in history. That’s all fine and dandy, except for one thing: only 2.6 percent of those streets are named after women. Seems like “people” in this case actually means men. A group of Parisian feminists decided to take a stand and cover the old boys with some powerful ladies. 

Quai de Nina Simone certainly does have a nice ring to it. See the new and improved streets below.
